Vintage 2021 is in full swing and we have been busy in our small winery crafting the wines that will make up our 2021 range.
All of our Hunter Valley fruit has been harvested and is now in our small winery transforming into delicious wine. We have processed small batches of Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet from the Hunter Valley. We also managed to get our hands on a small parcel of Vermentino from Victoria which we are very excited about.
Now we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of fruit from the Hilltops region of NSW, including Sangiovese and Nebbiolo which will compliment our range perfectly.
Over the coming months we will start putting these wines into bottle. We can't wait to share our 2021 Vintage wines with you!
