Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We deliver products Australia wide using Aramex Australia (formerly Fastway Couriers) and Australia Post. This enables us to offer you competitive shipping rates Australia wide.

We aim to have your order shipped within three business days of receiving the order. Shipping times are estimated between three and ten business days depending on your location within Australia.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Delivery Information

Wines are packed in secure, padded packaging and breakages are rare. If the product is delivered in a damaged or tampered state, please contact us within three business days so we can investigate the problem.

Wine is a perishable commodity and can be affected by extreme high and low temperatures. If you are concerned about extreme weather at the time of ordering, please contact us. Upon request we may be able to delay delivery of your wine.

 

Delivery During Busy Periods

During busy periods such as the Christmas period, we cannot guarantee deliveries and as such it is important to place your orders as early as possible. For urgent enquiries or orders, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
