Hunter Wine Lab is a boutique, family-owned, working winery and cellar door in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxed wine tasting, a Wine & Chocolate pairing, or a behind-the-scenes winery experience, there are several ways to explore how our wines are grown, made, and enjoyed.
All of our experiences take place at our working winery, where our wines are made onsite.
SIGNATURE WINE TASTING
Taste up to eight Hunter Wine Lab wines in a relaxed cellar door setting, with a guided introduction to our small-batch range.

Wine & Chocolate Pairing
Enjoy six Hunter Wine Lab wines paired with six handmade chocolates, carefully matched to highlight the flavours in both the wine and chocolate.

GROWING TO GLASS
Go behind the scenes at Hunter Wine Lab with a guided vineyard and working winery tour, barrel tasting and tasting of up to eight wines.
