Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds for change of mind or if you have made the wrong decision.

If you wish to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options.

 

Items Damaged in Transit

If the product is delivered in a damaged or tampered state, please contact us within three business days so we can investigate the problem.

Wine is a perishable commodity and can be affected by extreme high and low temperatures. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipping. If you are concerned about extreme weather at the time of ordering, please contact us. Upon request we may be able to delay delivery of your wine.
