Delivery Frequency
Select what suits your cellar. You can choose from three delivery schedules at checkout:
- Monthly — billed and delivered every month
- Quarterly — billed and delivered every 3 months
- Half-yearly — billed and delivered every 6 months
Pausing & Cancellations
You can manage your membership — including delivery frequency, pack contents, contact details, and payment information — through your account portal. A link to your portal is included in your first order confirmation email, or you can log in at hunterwinelab.com.au/account.
To cancel your membership, please contact us in writing at hello@hunterwinelab.com. A minimum term of 12 months applies, which must include the purchase of at least 2 cases (12 bottles of wine in total). Your initial signup purchase does not count toward this minimum.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery based on your selected frequency. For example, if you choose a monthly plan and your first order is processed on the 1st of the month, all future payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
Minimum Purchase Requirement
To maintain an active Lab Rats membership, you must purchase a minimum of 2 × 6-packs of wine per year (12 bottles in total).
Cancellation
Cancellation must be requested in writing to hello@hunterwinelab.com. A minimum term of 12 months is required, including purchase of at least 2 cases (6 bottles per case). Your initial signup purchase is not included in this minimum requirement.
