Terms & Conditions
HOW IT WORKS
When you agree to a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. Delivery frequency is based on your selection.
You can choose the contents of each of your packs, or you can choose to receive a pack based on our winemaker’s selection.
The winemaker’s selection pack will be listed on our website and updated each quarter.
Your first order confirmation email will contain a link to manage your subscription. The link will enable you to make changes to the frequency of your subscription, the contents of each of your packs, your contact details, and your credit card details.
You can also setup a login via our website at https://hunterwinelab.com/account/register. Please setup the login using the email address you signed up with. This will link you to your subscription.
BENEFITS
- 20% off the retail price of all wine and 10% off the retail price of all beer.
- Free delivery on packs of 6 bottles of wine or more, or 2 cartons of beer or more. Orders below these quantities will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15 Australia wide.
- One off purchases can be added to your regular subscription packs at any time, and will receive the same subscriber’s discount at checkout.
- Subscriber discount will also apply at the cellar door.
- Invitation to exclusive subscriber only events and activities.
- Exclusive access to pre-releases of all new wine and beer products [and distilled products in the near future].
PAYMENT
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of the deliveries.
Payments are processed based on the frequency that you select. For example, if your first order is made on the 1st of the month, and you have chosen a monthly subscription, each future payment will be processed on the first of each month.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of your subscription must be made in writing to hello@hunterwinelab.com.
A minimum term of 6 months is required for cancellation, and this must include purchase of a minimum of 1 case [6 bottles] of wine or a minimum 2 cartons of beer.
