Meet the winemaking process
Growing to Glass gives you the chance to see the parts of the winery most visitors don’t normally experience.
Rather than tasting wine without context, you’ll see where the wines are made, learn about the decisions behind each stage of the process, and explore how vineyard conditions, grape varieties, oak, fermentation, and winemaking choices influence what ends up in the glass.
Where available, the experience also includes tasting wine directly from barrel.

Hunter Wine Lab is a boutique, family-owned winery and cellar door in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
Because our cellar door is located within the working winery, Growing to Glass offers a genuine behind-the-scenes experience rather than a separate display or visitor centre.
