Tasting Note
Soft apple, poached pear, and nectarine on the nose, with hints of buttered toast. Carries through to the palate with almond, honey, and crème brûlée. As it warms in the glass flavours of butter and popcorn are enhanced on the pallet. Excellent length and creaminess from almost 24 months spent in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
