Treat yourself to a once in a lifetime vineyard and winery experience in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Operating out of a unique space incorporating the cellar door into the winery, guests are treated to a truly immersive experience and are guided through the process of winemaking from growing to glass.

Growing to Glass

Tour & Tasting

$55 per person | 2 hours | Bookings are required for this experience

Guests are greeted at the cellar door with a tasting glass of our signature Pink Prosecco. From there they are taken on a guided tour of the vineyard and winery.

Starting at our 4-acre vineyard, owner and winemaker Nathan Heuston will walk guests through the history and process of growing grapes in the Hunter Valley. Guests will head into the winery for a walk through of the winemaking process at our on site fully working winery. The tour will conclude with a once in a lifetime opportunity to taste wine directly from a barrel before heading back to the cellar door for a tasting of our signature range of handcrafted Hunter Wine Lab wines.

Taste a wine directly from a barrel in our winery.

Signature tasting of up to 8 wines from our current range.

Our Other Experiences

All our our tasting experiences are held within our working winery. Guests are invited to sit in the winery and are guided through their tasting experience by one of our experienced team members.

Signature Wine Tasting $15 per person | 50 minutes Enjoy up to 8 wines from our range of small batch, handcrafted wines made right on site.	Wine & Chocolate Pairing $25 per person | 50 minutes Enjoy 6 handcrafted chocolates paired with 6 Hunter Wine Lab wines.
Beer Tasting $15 per person | 30 minutes Enjoy a paddle [3 x 175mL tasting glasses] of our 3 beers - Pilsner, Pale Ale,& Choc Milk Porter.
