Our December Winemaker's Selection pack is our most exciting yet. Be the first to taste three new releases of some of our best selling wines.

Note - these wines will be hand bottled at our Hermitage Road winery during the week starting 9th December, and will be shipped to Lab Rat's on the 16th December. We hope each of these reach our Lab Rat's by Christmas Day but due to the pressure on our couriers during the busy period, we can't guarantee it's arrival before Christmas.

2 x 2024 Verdelho

The release you've been waiting for, our 2024 Verdelho hits all the right notes, with those ripe tropical fruit flavours and fresh, crisp finish that is perfect for those warm Australian summer months.

2 x 2024 Gewürztraminer

Our 2023 Gewürztraminer sold out in record time. Another small batch was made in 2024 from local Hunter Valley fruit, and we think the result is outstanding. If you loved the lychee notes from our 2023 Gewürztraminer, you won't be disappointed with the 2024.

2 x 2023 Tempranillo

There's only a few people out there who'll remember back to the first vintage of Tempranillo we made back in 2021. We're excited to be releasing a new vintage that we've been gently ageing in old French oak barrels for the past 18 months. This will be a limited release as there's only a few barrels so we expect it to sell out quickly.
